I think the RWBY mod needs a config file. The only complaints people post are that dust is far too common of an ore, they can't find a Grimm Forest/Dust till Dawn, or that the weapons hit for too much damage.
An easy fix would be to add a config file, like other mods do. Players could freely change the spawnrate of dusts/ structures and biomes, and could decide how much damage they want their weapons to hit for. The damage for the Palindel is good, but the other weapons seem quite overpowered. Unless the Grimm monsters are going to be absolute tanks like the monsters in the Orespawn mod, there's no real reason to have a weapon that does so much damage and shoots fireballs.
